About Methinks

Methinks vision is to provide universal and timely diagnosis for life-saving treatments worldwide. Our first focus is on stroke, the second cause of death and a major cause of disability in the world. Our product is an artificial intelligence medical imaging software capable of performing stroke triage and unlock stroke treatments potential from non-contrast CTs.

Methinks is a VC backed digital health start-up that recently won the prestigious EIC Accelerator of the European Commission and has obtained two gold medals in the RSNA Kaggle competitions. The recent funding of the company will allow us to grow rapidly and we are looking for exceptional and passionate individuals to help us face these challenges and build together a unique company.

Job Summary

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the CTO and line managers, you will be responsible for the implementation of our software in hospitals across the world. In this role, you will interact with healthcare professionals, IT departments and hospital administrators to assure the effective deployment of our technology.

You will be a key person responsible for guiding clinicians on product usage, receiving feedback from institutions, ensuring customer success and building a relationship with our main stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the installation process as the product expert by implementing and presenting Methinks AI based software as well as analysing customer's feedback and/or complaints.
  • Build trusting relationships with the clinical end-users as well as the hospital IT departments to ensure efficient implementations and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Train our customers and partners to gain the maximum value from our AI solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product usage with your expertise.
    Supporting the clinical activities required as per Quality and Regulatory Compliance (e.g. Post Market Surveillance and Clinical Follow-up, Design Validation, Clinical Evaluation Report, etc.).
    Definition, coordination and monitoring of clinical trials within Europe and LATAM and submission of the required documentation for the regulatory bodies’ approval.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, IT or similar.
  • Experience with radiology systems and PACS.
  • Experience as a radiology technician or application trainer of medical devices as a software.
  • Desirable AI software experience and/or Stroke knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and written skills, capable to engage with key opinion leaders and understand their needs.
  • Professional English and Spanish language.
    Knowledge of medical devices' quality and regulatory requirements.
