About Methinks

Methinks vision is to provide universal and timely diagnosis for life-saving treatments worldwide. Our first focus is on stroke, the second cause of death and a major cause of disability in the world. Our product is an artificial intelligence medical imaging software capable of performing stroke triage and unlock stroke treatments potential from non-contrast CTs.

Methinks is a VC backed digital health start-up that recently won the prestigious EIC Accelerator of the European Commission and has obtained two gold medals in the RSNA Kaggle competitions. Job Summary

As an Implementation Manager you will act as the primary point of contact with healthcare facility/system staff, from technical reviews through implementation and training, and for ongoing customer needs throughout the life of the customer’s contract, in order to ensure top performance and customer satisfaction.  By providing customer insights to the Company, and ensuring excellent Customer Service, we consider this role to be pivotal in the success and growth of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead imaging AI software implementation in healthcare facility/system environments.
  • Contribute to defining and improving Standard Operating Procedures for implementation, training, troubleshooting and customer feedback.
  • Define smooth implementation strategies according to customers’ infrastructure requirements.
  • Conduct meetings with sites to plan implementations and to configure scanner protocols.
    Provide technical/product support and training  to customers to maximize costumer’s satisfaction.
    Follow ongoing installations to ensure that images are received and processed from all scans.
Provide troubleshooting support until software performance is optimized and the customer is satisfied.
Solve and/or scale  first and second-level technical issues.
Act as liaison between Methinks and customers, documenting and communicating insights for commercial and product opportunities.
Work closely with the tech team to accommodate product development to installation requirements.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulatory and quality standards.

Skills and Qualifications

  • PACS or Lead CT tech experience preferred, other direct medical imaging experience considered.
  • Imaging software Implementation experience preferred.
  • Understanding of server, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity and network technologies.
  • Experience developing and executing Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Strong customer-service skills.
  • Project management experience in health-tech projects.
    Flexibility in working hours to accommodate the customer's needs. You will be supporting a large US customer-base, along with other worldwide customer base.
    Barcelona-based and opportunity to combine with remote work.
    English language proficiency required, Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
