About Methinks

Methinks vision is to provide universal and timely diagnosis for life-saving treatments worldwide. Our first focus is on stroke, the second cause of death and a major cause of disability in the world. Our product is an artificial intelligence medical imaging software capable of performing stroke triage and unlock stroke treatments potential from non-contrast CTs.

Methinks is a VC backed digital health start-up that recently won the prestigious EIC Accelerator of the European Commission and has obtained two gold medals in the RSNA Kaggle competitions. The recent funding of the company will allow us to grow rapidly and we are looking for exceptional and passionate individuals to help us face these challenges and build together a unique company.

Job Summary

The candidate reports directly to the CEO and works closely to the Finance Manager. She/he will be a pivotal part of our team, providing assistance in the day-to-day finance and administrative operations of the company, and as main responsible of the office procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide support in the finance and administrative operations of the company, e.g. coordination with our accountants, banks, providers and clients
  • Assist in generating financial reports requested by our Board of Directors and investors
  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Establish and monitor procedures for record keeping (e.g. invoice and contract repository, recording of employee working hours, ticket restaurants, etc)
    Organize office policies, operations, and procedures
    Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
Assist with the recruitment process and provide onboarding to new employees.
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments and travelling for other employees
Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
Assist in the creation of presentations

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in of accounting, /datafinance and as administrative management practicesassistant. It will be a plus to have experience in National and European projects
  • Proficient in MS Office (specially in Excel)
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities and procedures
  • Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures. It will be a plus previous experience in software/health start-ups
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritise work
    Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    Strong organizational and planning skills
    Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures
